Acceptable Use Policy
What is and is not allowed on the UniRoute platform.
Last updated: 2026-10-10
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs all content generation and usage on the UniRoute website, console, Playground, and API (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to this Policy. It supplements the Terms of Service; if the two conflict, the Terms of Service prevail.
1. Prohibited content
You must not use the Service to generate, upload, or distribute:
- Sexually explicit content: any pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content, including but not limited to nudity, depictions of sexual acts, or sexualized depictions.
- Content harmful to minors: any content that sexualizes, exploits, or harms minors. Such activity results in immediate account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities.
- Face-swap and deepfakes: face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation content involving real people, regardless of consent.
- Illegal content: content inciting violence, terrorism, drug or weapon manufacturing, fraud, or other illegal activity.
- Hate and harassment: hate, discrimination, or harassment targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or nationality.
- Rights-infringing content: content infringing copyrights, trademarks, patents, privacy, or other legal rights of third parties.
- Other harmful content: self-harm encouragement, harmful misinformation, malware, or other content causing real-world harm.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Circumventing, tampering with, or attempting to evade content-safety mechanisms of the Service or upstream model providers.
- Abusing free credits or promotional balances through bulk account creation or automated scripts.
- Using the Service for resale or other unauthorized commercial purposes prohibited by the Terms of Service.
3. Automated content moderation
To meet payment and compliance obligations, prompts for image and video generation are screened by automated content moderation before they reach the model. Rejected prompts are never forwarded to the model and incur no charge. Moderation outcomes may be logged for compliance and abuse prevention.
4. Consequences of violations
Violating this Policy may result in:
- Rejected generation requests at no charge;
- Removal of violating content;
- Suspension or termination of your account and associated API keys, with no refund of balances;
- Reporting to relevant law-enforcement or regulatory authorities in serious or illegal cases.
5. Reporting and appeals
To report violating content, or to appeal a moderation decision, email support@uniroute.app. We respond within 3 business days.
6. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as compliance requirements evolve; updates are published on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
